Our Story

My name is Kurt Simon, and I run a family-built remodel company based in Waimea on the Big Island. I've spent more than 25 years in construction, flips, and full-home renovations. In 2020, I launched our remodel company with my sons, and together we handle residential remodels, additions, and whole-home transformations across the island.

I'm a long-time construction worker, pastor, and coach, and a husband, father, and grandfather to a big blended family. We take pride in honest work, clear communication, and treating every project as if it were our own home.

Our focus is simple: deliver reliable craftsmanship for Big Island homeowners and build long-term relationships with the community we live in.
